These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dgw288 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.

3.1 Accuracy of Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian bank account details, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all Accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, any Bonus Funds will be voided, and real-money funds may be withheld pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected]. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Operator will request identity verification documents, which may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or other acceptable documentation. Additional proof-of-payment-method verification may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. dgw288 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful bank confirmation. The Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by the Operator with a target turnaround of under five minutes during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is incomplete. The Operator reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.
4.4 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. The Operator will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Operator does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts, as disclosed in the account management section of the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses and promotions offered by dgw288 are governed by both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. The Operator reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly stated as "no wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will not be released for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
5.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports bets, live casino tables, and slot games may carry different contribution rates, which are specified per promotion. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not count toward any wagering requirement.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. The Operator employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or colluding with other Players. Where abuse is detected, the Operator reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
6.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, misposted game results, technical malfunctions, or software errors — the Operator reserves the right to void bets placed under those erroneous conditions, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned.
6.3 Sports Betting. Football betting, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets, is governed by the general betting rules and specific sport rules published on the Platform. In-play betting is subject to the live odds and market availability at the time of bet placement.
6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are derived from the official published results of the respective pool operators (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau). dgw288 is not responsible for delays in the publication of official results. All togel bets are settled strictly in accordance with the published official results.
6.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game rules specific to each title are displayed within the game interface. By participating in a live casino game, you agree to the applicable studio's game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
6.6 Slot Games. Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are displayed within each game's information panel. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.
6.7 Maximum Winnings. The Operator may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or within a given time period. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting section. Winnings in excess of stated maximums may be capped at the Operator's discretion.

7.1 Age Verification. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The Operator employs age verification measures at registration and during KYC. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the support channel and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in or deposit.
7.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error or interruption.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises. The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.
10.3 Force Majeure. The Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions arising from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal service as soon as practicable and will notify Players via the Platform of any significant disruption.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services, including game studios, payment processors, and data providers. The Operator accepts no liability for the conduct, availability, or content of any third-party service.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the dgw288 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, the Operator will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect, unless urgent circumstances (such as legal or regulatory requirements) require a shorter notice period.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 3.5.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
